All sales are final. If you feel that you have received an inferior product please contact us immediately and we will replace your order or offer a refund.
Because we are dealing with natural butters…it is not uncommon for our body butters to melt in transient when exposed to extreame heat. If this happens just place the body butter container into the refrigerator so that it can firm back up. This does not take away from the quality of the product. Your butters are still good.
We will not automatically offer refunds due to certain essential oils not agreeing with your skins. We recommend that you test the product on your skin first to see if the product works for your skin type. If you find the product to be too harsh for your skin, please contact us to see if we can find a more suitable product for you.
